What we sell

Axix Technologies sells SaaS software subscriptions only — monthly and annual recurring plans for B2B cloud products including Axix ERP, Axix HCM, BIGOS, Axix OWL, Axix IDP Engine, Axix Visitor Management, CyberDragon.ai, Axix Hawk, and Axix VulnScan.

Each subscription grants login access to our hosted platform for the subscribing organization. Usage limits (users, employees, locations, document pages, etc.) depend on the plan selected at checkout.

Billing model

Recurring subscription billing — monthly or annual — charged in advance until cancelled. Auto-renewal applies unless you cancel before the renewal date.

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated on the product pricing page or in a signed enterprise agreement.

Refund policy

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing support@axixtechnologies.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access typically continues until the end of the current billing period.

Payment processing

Card and alternative payments are processed by Paddle. Paddle may act as Merchant of Record and handle tax, invoicing, and card statement descriptors. Axix Technologies does not store full card numbers on our servers.

Checkout descriptors use B2B software product names (e.g. workforce management SaaS, visitor management SaaS, AI video analytics software). Subscriptions are sold to businesses only.

Available payment methods vary by Paddle account eligibility, buyer country, and currency, and are displayed in the checkout. Only methods that are live for your region appear. Wire transfer may be arranged separately for eligible enterprise accounts.

Axix VulnScan is licensed for authorized security assessment only — customers may scan systems they own or have explicit written permission to test. Axix Visitor check-in features require the customer to provide lawful basis, notices, and signage required in their jurisdiction.
